We're a group of people from across the Perth electorate who think kindness isn't weakness, every voice deserves respect and evidence-based facts matter more than slogans. A good representative should be accountable to the people they serve—not the party that preselected them.

We begin with curiosity, not answers. We make space for people to share what matters, hear different perspectives and listen to understand, not simply to respond.
Linger
Good conversations need room to breathe. We stay with what we hear long enough to understand, making space for different experiences and perspectives.
Learn
Listening should lead somewhere. We look for the themes, ideas and questions that emerge, share back what we hear and let that learning shape what happens next.
